Using Acupressure to Alleviate Physical Discomfort:
Acupressure is a wonderful way to balance the body. However, with sciatica-type discomfort you have 11 possible points. Most people would not work on all 11 acupressure points on a daily basis: too much effort. Maybe only two are needed, but which ones? And do you stimulate the point on the left side of the body, the right, or both? In this workshop you will work with sciatica-type discomfort, sensitivities, lower back discomfort and abdominal discomfort while learning a method that has many different applications and can answer the previous questions.
Prerequisite: Any class in muscle testing.
