Defusing Negative Personality Traits:
In early childhood we internalise thousands of beliefs to help us make sense of the world. Many of these are positive or neutral. Some seem to protect us at the time but subsequently become very limiting and increase our susceptibility to specific diseased states or dysfunctional behaviours. You will explore seven major ways in which such limiting beliefs develop, how to identify these beliefs and how to dismantle them.
